In the heart of Berlin-Mitte right on the famous Friedrichstrasse you will find the Crème de la Crème. Our location represents Berlin at it's best: urban chic meets unique interior with a beautiful outside seating area for hot summer nights - our courtyard gives you the mediterranean feeling you are desiring. Crème de la Crème is a happening place - you can have a dinner or just a drink with your friends at the bar later. Some of Berlin's finest DJs are spinning the wheels for you later and turn the restaurant into a vibrating nightlife spot.

Frederik Jagla & Iannis Ritter.

CHEFS DE CUISINE

Frederik Jagla and Iannis Ritter made their entrance to the food scene at the world famous Hotel Adlon Berlin, where they learned the high skills of cooking. They became friends and moved on to the kitchen of Kater Holzig and Flux Bau, where they started developing their own cooking style. Frederik and Iannis have also won some fame with their pop-up restaurant Barkin' Kitchen. Now they are ready to take their carreer to new heights with Crème de la Crème for an outstanding culinary experience.

BEN POMMER.

CURATEUR DE CUISINE

The culinary mastermind behind Crème de la Crème is Ben Pommer, who has celebrated his cooking skills in superb named restaurants as Landhaus Scherrer, Hamburg (1 Michelin Star) - Hotel Kronenschlösschen, Rheingau (1 Michelin Star) - Schlosshotel Lerbach Nils Henkel, Bergisch Gladbach (2 Michelin Stars). He is also the food advisor for Neue Heimat Berlin, where he is planning a new restaurant for 2016. He is an old friend of the owners and grasped the opportunity to work together for Crème de la Crème.
